Position Overview

The Roofing Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems with precision and care. This role requires technical skill, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering top-tier workmanship on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various roofing systems (metal, shingle, tile, flat, etc.)

• Conduct roof inspections and identify damage or potential issues

• Measure, cut, and secure roofing materials accurately

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site

• Work closely with team members to complete projects on time

• Communicate progress or issues to supervisors

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing or construction-related roles

• Strong knowledge of roofing tools, equipment, and safety practices

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

• Good physical fitness and stamina

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques

• Valid driving license preferred
